Law Firm News Update

We are pleased to announce that Peter A. Sahin and Laura N. Zolnekoff have been named as partners at Velasco Law Group, APC.

Peter has been with the firm since 2011.  He is certified by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization as a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law. Peter’s practice emphasizes estate planning, administration of probates conservatorships, and trusts, as well as probate and trust litigation.  Peter graduated with top honors from Whittier Law School and was admitted to practice law by the State Bar of California in 2002.  Mr. Sahin is also a member of ProVisors—Glendale 2.

Laura N. Zolnekoff is a Los Angeles and Orange County lawyer whose practice specializes in Wills, Trusts, Probate and Civil Litigation. She has represented beneficiaries, trustees and individuals in connection with a range of matters pertaining to estate, trust and civil litigation. Ms. Zolnekoff is admitted to practice before all courts within the state of California, the United States District Court, Central District, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Judicial Circuit. She is a member of the Orange County Bar Association (where she is also a member of the Young Lawyers Division), the Westside Bar Association and the Los Angeles Bar Association. Ms. Zolnekoff is also a member of ProVisors—Costa Mesa.
